1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and jitbajj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through jitbajj, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered by the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jitbajj and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific or promotional rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use jitbajj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jitbajj is strictly an 18+ platform. Any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited from creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game or betting activity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person, business, or entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or where the services offered by jitbajj are prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You have not previously had an account with jitbajj suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of jitbajj or any of its affiliated third-party game and payment service providers.

jitbajj reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of bonus balances pending a review of the account. Real money winnings from verified deposits will be safeguarded pending outcome of verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jitbajj's services, you must register a personal account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, your date of birth, and any other information requested during registration. The deliberate provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on jitbajj. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided at jitbajj's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jitbajj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jitbajj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all account holders at no charge. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you formally notify jitbajj's support team of a security breach.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jitbajj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of the payment method used to fund your account. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jitbajj processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All monetary transactions on jitbajj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved local payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and authorised bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your jitbajj account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jitbajj does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, typically within 15–45 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jitbajj account holder; third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

To protect against fraud and money laundering, jitbajj requires that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method of equivalent security may be approved by jitbajj's payments team following satisfactory KYC verification.

4.4 Currency

jitbajj does not accept deposits in foreign currency. All balances, bets, and payouts are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion service is offered on the Platform. Any player attempting to deposit via a payment account denominated in a foreign currency will have their transaction declined automatically.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitbajj offers a range of bonus programmes and promotional incentives to new and returning players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cricket betting boosts, and seasonal promotional events tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each offer. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have completed the account registration process and, where required, verified their identity via KYC. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. jitbajj reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The use of automated systems, scripts, bots, or coordinated group strategies to exploit bonus terms is strictly prohibited. jitbajj monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without normal gaming risk exposure. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus balances voided and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

jitbajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not materially disadvantage players who have already opted in and commenced wagering under the original terms. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirements, the player will retain any real money deposit made in connection with the promotion.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

jitbajj offers a range of gaming products including live cricket betting, live casino table games, slots, crash games, and specialty games. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are published on the relevant game or market page. The following general conduct rules apply across all product categories.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only valid and binding once jitbajj's system has confirmed acceptance and credited the stake from your account balance. Bets displayed as "pending" on an unstable connection may not have been accepted; players should verify bet status in their transaction history before assuming acceptance. jitbajj is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a technical error, mis-priced odds, or software malfunction that results in an erroneous game outcome, bet acceptance, or payout, jitbajj reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This applies equally to cricket betting markets, live casino results, and slot game outcomes. jitbajj will not honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are objectively inconsistent with the market or that have been generated as a result of a data feed error.

6.3 Responsible Betting

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, and session reminders, to help manage their betting activity. jitbajj's full responsible gaming policy is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test series, and Bangladesh Tigers' fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules published in the cricket section of the Platform. Where a match is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the deadline specified in the market rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined (due to data feed delay) are void.

7. Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitbajj and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: using jitbajj as a vehicle to launder proceeds of criminal activity, in any form or amount.
• Match fixing or insider information: placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or participating in any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: colluding with other players on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables and poker-style games.
• Chargeback fraud: initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider after deposits have been wagered on the Platform.
• Account sharing: sharing your jitbajj account login credentials with any other individual, or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Use of automated software: using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any third-party software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Hacking or interference: attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the Platform's servers, databases, or software in any manner not expressly authorised by jitbajj.
• Misrepresentation: providing false identity documents, age declarations, or address proofs during KYC verification.

jitbajj employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement agencies.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your jitbajj account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@jitbajj. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal will be completed and any remaining real money balance returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

8.2 Closure by jitbajj

jitbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• jitbajj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory, legal, or technical reasons necessitate the action;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate jitbajj's self-exclusion feature from within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from one week to five years. During the exclusion period, the account is locked, login is blocked, and all promotional communications are suspended. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period has elapsed. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitbajj's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jitbajj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if jitbajj has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jitbajj's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions);
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that are corrected promptly upon discovery;
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a data feed error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by jitbajj's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

jitbajj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jitbajj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or editorial clarifications) may be made without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of jitbajj after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitbajj with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
